The restaurant takes its inspiration from the unique background of our Executive Chef, Andrea Selvaggini. Growing up on the outskirts of Rome, he was affectionately known as ''Selvaggio''. With culinary experience spanning Italy, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Mexico, and, of course, Norway, Andrea has left his mark on esteemed kitchen teams worldwide, including renowned establishments like Quique Dacosta, Quintonil, Maaemo and Kontrast.


Savage not only pays homage to Chef Andrea's journey but also symbolises the untamed nature that serves as the source of much our kitchen's raw materials. Whether sourced from Norway's cold seas or its pristine forests, many elements originate deep in the wild before being skilfully crafted by our kitchen team, showcasing the essence of nature's bounty.
